The EasyReal Lab Direct-Steam-Injection Sterilizer integrates advanced DSI technology, enabling precise steam control for instant heating of liquid products to the required temperature. With heating temperatures reaching up to 152°C, system pressure up to 10 bar, and flow rates ranging from 10 to 40 liters per hour, it ensures efficient sterilization while preserving nutritional content and flavor.
The unit features a vacuum cooling module for rapid cooling to keep product quality. Its inbuilt CIP cleaning function simplifies maintenance. The modular structure allows users to optionally include the DSI function in the thermal treatment system- Pilot UHT Plant, and the DSI module’s mobility makes it suitable for diverse pilot-scale projects.
Equipped with a full touchscreen control panel, the system provides real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, and flow rates, ensuring stable quality for every batch.
